Our commission program is designed to be a starting point, not a stopping point.

We know one of the hardest parts of beginning a career in the beauty industry is building a consistent clientele. That’s why Merlot & Co will actively market the salon, promote our team, and work to bring new clients through the door.

Commission professionals receive 50% of the service sales from the appointments they perform, with no monthly booth rental fee. The salon’s portion helps cover the space, marketing, and client acquisition that helps give newer professionals the opportunity to stay busy and build relationships with returning clients.

Most importantly, our goal isn’t to keep you on commission forever. We want to help you build your clientele as quickly as possible so you can graduate into booth rental and, eventually, a private suite if that’s where you want your career to go.
